These Terms of Service govern your use of rugsofla.com, operated by Synapse Solutions LLC dba RUGSOFLA. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18+ and have authority to make purchases.

Orders & Payment

All payments are processed via Stripe. Orders are confirmed via email. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Custom rugs require a non-refundable deposit upon design approval.

Returns

Stock rugs may be returned within 30 days in unused condition. Custom rugs are final sale unless we made an error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt.

Intellectual Property

All product photos, designs, and brand marks are the property of Synapse Solutions LLC. Hand-tufted rugs of pop-culture imagery are sold as one-of-one transformative art pieces.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
